I have a small studio in south Austin, located on South Congress, across from St Edward's University in 78704.

I have blocks of time available for rent throughout the week and weekend. Rate is $20/hour for private use of the space. Teachers must be fully certified and insured.

A bit about the studio:
I have two BB reformer/tower systems, a Wunda chair, 4 arcs, and lots of accessories and small props. It also has an inversion table.
It has a foam floormat area for cushioned matwork... plenty of room for 4 or 5 people.
It is a modern-style space with concrete floors, tall ceilings, exposed ductwork and lots of natural light. It is located on the first floor and is ADA compliant.
Ample parking in lot.
Clients love the cafe next door at The Great Outdoors Nursery.
The studio works great for privates and duets, and also small-group matwork (up to 7 with the tower mat conversion).

Available times are generally limited to the afternoons/evenings of Mon, Wed & Fri, and mornings of Tue & Thurs. I occasionally teach on Saturday mornings, but we can work out an alternating schedule.
