MatPlus ClassesThe matwork is Pilates in its purest form! Deriving no assistance from equipment, a Mat session requires you to work deeply from your core. Our innovative MatPlus program combines the best of the matwork with the use of our wall-mounted "Towers." A MatPlus session begins with a brisk 25 - 30-minute matwork, followed by a 30-minute work on the Towers and/or other accessories. Though many people can get their start in Pilates with MatPlus classes, they are too intense for some people, depending on a number of factors. To see if MatPlus is right for you, take our survey.
Private SessionsPrivate sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates! A certified Pilates trainer will work one-on-one with you on the full range of equipment (with special emphasis on the Reformer), adjusting the intensity of work to the level appropriate for you.
Special Private Sessions (30 minutes)Special Private Sessions are available to individuals who, either due to age or special condition, are advised to not workout for a full hour. These sessions are perfect for the older individual or for someone who is recovering from an injury or surgery and has the doctor's permission to begin an exercise program. All exercises are modified to enable productive exercise at any fitness level.
Semi-Private SessionsSemi-private sessions provide a more economical form of training, while maintaining most of the advantages of private sessions. The key is finding a partner or two with abilities and a fitness level similar to yours. So, sign up with one or two friends, and enjoy great savings, while you work together toward attaining your fitness goals. Session maximum size is three participants.
