Your First Session Risk Free
To prove our committment to your satisfaction, your first training session is risk-free. Whether your first session is a group class or a private session, we promise you this: If you do not feel our training is right for you, tell us, and you pay nothing. Guaranteed.
Never the Hard Sell
At Pilates Connections, you will never be pressured by the hard sell or feel cheated by overly-strict policies. You will always get maximum benefit from your training dollar, as we understand that without a happy clientele, we could not have a thriving studio.
Prices
Firm but Fair
Pricing is firm, as posted on our Programs page. We cannot earn the reputation of lowering prices for the asking. We do, though, go through great lengths to ensure that you receive maximum value for your training dollar.
Prices are subject to increase, but as long as you maintain an active enrollment, your fees will not increase.
No Hidden Fees
At Pilates Connections, there is no "Gotcha!" You pay the upfront price. No application fee, service fee, or any such hidden cost.
Refund Policy
Because of the generous pricing of our unlimited and package deals, refunds are impossible. That is why we offer the risk free initial session. We want you to be sure of your commitment to train with us before you purchase a money-saving package. If you have any doubt of your desire or ability to train with us on an on-going basis, then pay as you come.
Expiration Policy
Pre-purchased sessions at Pilates Connections never expire. We believe that you have the right to redeem a purchased session at any time you desire. However, to protect the more active class participants from unpredictable overcrowding, we must distinguish between "active" and "inactive" clients. A client is "active" when he or she attends classes on average once per week. Once a client has held a purchased series for a period of time that exceeds one week per number of sessions purchased, then he or she is on "inactive status." Once on inactive status, a client is welcome to attend any class, but on a space-available basis.
So, keep your enrollment active and, come early for class to ensure your place!
Cancellation Policy
Whenever possible, please give 24 or more hours notice for session cancellations. Your courtesy will allow someone else to take advantage of your cancelled time slot.
We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes arise, and that 24-hour notification is impossible. We do not wish to penalize your misfortune by charging you for a missed session, but we must also protect the studio from serious inconsistencies. The following cancellation policies will be enforced:
- To avoid being charged, call as soon as you can, even if it is minutes before your session is to begin.
- You are allowed one "emergency" cancellation per six sessions.
- Certain catestrophic circumstances will be considered as exceptions to the policy (i.e. death in the family, home burns down, etc.).
Studio Attire
Dress for your workout as you would at most gyms: wear modest clothing comfortable for movement. Remove shoes before the workout. Socks are optional.
