Around the StudioBeginning Pilates Mat/Tower Starts June 20This class is a slowed-down version of MatPlus, tailored for beginners. This class will teach you all the information you need to know to get you moving safely in a well-rounded Pilates program. You will learn the matwork from pre-basic through intermediate levels, as well as beginning-level Tower exercises.This class begins on Tuesday, June 20 at your choice of 9:00 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. and will meet twice-weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for four weeks. Special Summer Price: $100 (Regular price: $120) Pre-registration is required. Any missed Mat/Tower session can be made up on Saturday mornings at 9:00. Note: We will observe the Fourth of July holiday on Tuesday, July 4. Therefore, the final class of this series will be held on Tuesday, July 18. Summer Vacation Plans?Summer is the season for travel and vacation. But don't let your plans keep you away from your Pilates practice! Most vacation destinations have Pilates available. So, plan ahead and locate a studio so you can maintain your fitness while you are away.Group Class ScheduleAs of now, all MatPlus classes are open level (requiring some Pilates experience), and you may attend without pre-registration or reservation. All beginning-level classes require pre-enrollment and commitment to a fixed schedule.
