Pilates for Pregnancy
One of the best kept secrets on the web is a gem of a DVD entitled "Pilates for Pregnancy" by Danielle O'Connell. This DVD will lead you through a modified sequence of Pilates exercises designed specifically for the pregnant woman's body.
