Your first visit is risk-free.You have two choices for your first visit. You can either come in for a group MatPlus class for free ($15 value) or schedule an initial private session at a $15 discount. If you come in for an initial private session, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your session, just tell us, and you pay nothing. Either way, your first session is risk free. Your current physical condition largely determines which kind of session is right for you. If you are in reasonably good physical condition, without any major pains or movement problems, then you could probably get your start with MatPlus. But, if you haven't exercised in a while, have significant pain or movement problems, or are a senior citizen, then we highly recommend coming in for an initial private session. To help you decide, take our online survey. We've Enhanced MatPlus!MatPlus was always challenging, but now we've added numerous Wall Unit (Tower) exercises. Each MatPlus class consists of a brisk matwork, followed by a 30-minute Tower workout. Beginning supine (on the back), we progress to sitting, kneeling, and finally standing exercises. By progressing from positions of full support to positions of less support, your body learns how to support itself from your deep, core muscles.
