Hi, are bottom loaded spring exercises on the cadillac such as 'tower' and 'monkey' contraindicated for clients with scoliosis? Is it safe? How would you determine if it is safe for a client with scoliosis?
We were taught it is contraindicated exercise on scoliosis clients in classical pilates training but there was a teacher who said it was okay to perform on a client with scoliosis. Any experience would be appreciated. Thanks.
