It also covers "special populations" which means everything from pre-natal to rheumatoid arthritis.
I find this book very, very helpful.

Some of it, like the osteoporosis and pregnancy sections, I find a bit lacking, but it is good in general. I don't really know of any comparable manual from another school. I'm sure there are some.

Hmmm... I didn't realise you couldn't just buy it like you can the other manuals. You could always take the course (which is awesome) or just e-mail someone in education or sales and ask for it? It has to be sold outside of class sometime because what if I lost my manual? Or needed a second copy? etc...
