Anniversary Joys

Monday: no workout.
Tuesday: F taught me a basic system on reformer, mat, electric chair, and Cadillac.
Wednesday: JG, a visiting teacher, took me through a basic reformer in great detail for the apprentices, so lots of reps and different cues. He's really good.
Thursday: circus class - working on silks. Did straddle inversions, catchers, half angel descents, Peter Pans, and then a little bit of trapeze basics.
Friday: on holiday! No workout.
Saturday: 90 minute bushwalk to the beautiful Cathedral Cove, aka Cair Paravel. It's stunning...
