Sunday

Well, another full day with my head stuck in code! I barely realized the day had gone by. So, I did my Laughlin stretches, and went home. Promise to do better...

Monday

I had four training sessions, mixed in with about six hours of coding. I did manage the following workout:

Laughlin stretches for mid-back

Spine Corrector series.

Tuesday

Another long day mostly spent coding, but I managed to...

Mat on chair followed by a very slow, controlled set of Neck Pull. Practiced it the way Jay taught it at the recent workshop: Feet in straps, sit up tall, pull in the powerhouse, round, roll down (no planking!). Use arms and hands to resist on the way down. Very intense!
